ABOUT DPJES

DaPu Junior and Elementary School is the only school in Dapu Township, Chiayi county.It Located on the south side of Alishan Mountain Range,and next to Zengwen Reservoir, the largest reservoir in Taiwan.So we had some courses were about the reservoir.

We have 83 students in total.(29 junior high school 54 elementary school),and student diversity are Taiwanese, Vietnamese ,indigenous (Tsou).
The special curriculums in DPJES are concert band and series of art courses ： 

(1)Concert band course ： We have seven wind ensemble lessons in a week.These classes groom students' taste of music,and make them be more cooperated. We also got a good results in the concert band competition in Chiayi Country. 
(2)Series of Art courses ： The other hand,we have sketch,piano,ukulele and drum course,each of course has two lessons in a week.The students could have more choices to cultivate personal interests and explore their potential.
